90 Day Hassle Free Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with any product you have purchased from Safe LifeJackets.com, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund. (See Terms & Conditions Below)

• 90 Day Hassle Free Return Policy: All returns must be postmarked no later than 90 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Customer must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope; do not use the product packaging as a shipping container. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused by our shipping department.
• Return Authorization Number: An RA number is required for any return or exchange. To obtain an RA number, call us and select #2 to speak with a customer service representative. Be sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
• Returns For Refund: No restocking fee, pending product & packaging are not blemished or damaged. Customer pays all shipping charges.
• Exchanges: No restocking fee, pending product & packaging are not blemished or damaged. Customer pays all shipping charges.
• Warranty Exchanges: All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. See Manufacturers Warranty pages. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a SafeLifeJackets.com customer service representative.
• Clearance and Closeout Items: No refunds on clearance, closeout or blemished items. Exchanges subject to availability.
• Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail. We strongly suggest you insure the shipment for the full value of your purchase. Please use original SafeLifeJackets.com packaging. Packages sent freight collect will be refused by the shipping department. SafeLifeJackets.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Free Shipping Orders - Any returned product that was purchased where shipping was included, including items that say "Free Shipping", will have the actual shipping cost incurred by SafeLifeJackets.com deducted from the refund.

Customer may submit a Change Order Request within 24 hours from date and timestamp of order placement. SafeLifeJackets.com will only accept Change Order Requests through its Change Order Request form or by sending an email to wecare@safelifejackets.com with "Change Order Request" in the subject line.

Customer requests submitted by email must include your name, purchase order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.

Change Order Requests received by SafeLifeJackets.com within the 24-hour period from order submission date will be accepted without additional fees or production delays. Unless the product has already been shipped.

SafeLifeJackets.com reserves the right to charge a $20.00 flat-rate service fee for Change Order Requests received after 24-hours. Changes Order Requests submitted after 24-hours may also delay shipping times.

Orders may ONLY be cancelled by completing an Order Cancellation form, or by sending an email to wecare@safelifevests.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include your name, purchase order number and reason for the order cancellation.

Orders cancelled within 24-hours of order placement will receive a full refund without penalty. Please see Return Policy below for orders cancelled after the merchandise ships.

Information Collection and Use
Your privacy is important to us. RK West, Inc. will not sell, share, or rent this information to any others in ways different from what is described below. RK West, Inc. collects information from our users at several different areas on our website to assure quality of services and correct order delivery.

Order
We request information from the user on our order form and other subscriber signups. Here a user must provide contact information and financial information (like credit card number). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. If there are problems processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with him or her.

We may share collective demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We may use outside purveyors to ship orders directly, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. If a user elects to use our referral services for letting a friend know about our site, we ask for the friend's name and email address. SafeLifeJackets LLC. will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site or subscribe to our newsletter. RK West, Inc. does not store this information in our database; it is only collected on the online form.
